1. Subscription Fees
- Non-refundable once charged
- Cancellation is effective at end of billing period
- No partial refunds
2. Flat Fees (Featured Listings, Event Postings, Ordering)
- Non-refundable once purchased
- Fees are instantly applied and cannot be reversed
3. Event Booking Fees
When vendors are selected for events, a $10 CAD booking fee is required to confirm participation.
- Non-refundable once paid
- Confirms vendor commitment to the event
- Unlocks host contact information for coordination
4. Billing Disputes
Contact support@go-bites.ca within 30 days of a charge.
5. Compliance
go bites complies with Canadian consumer protection laws.
